Cassidy was incredible, and you should absolutely use her in your property search. She personally sent me all the houses that matched my criteria so I could see them as quickly as possible, and always responded immediately when I contacted her. She went above and beyond with writing a contract while out of town, and included additions in the contract I had never heard of, which were the reasons I beat out other offers. She was great at inspecting things and making sure the house was in good condition. Her expertise and creativity with offers is the reason I ended up in a hotly contested house! 10/10 use her.
